artist's notes:
The colorful cross, hand-painted by artisans at a crafts cooperative in El Salvador, is the starting point for the color palette. I chose gems and crystals to pick up the bright & happy colors.
elements:
red tiger eye, chrysocolla, Swarovski crystal, carnelian intention bead. Finished with a hand-painted nut-seed, lovingly crafted by artisans in el Salvador at a crafts cooperative. (Take a closer look at the second picture and see the raw material the cross comes from.)
