On the nights when the sky is clear over Cape Cod, the constellations seem to hover close and the Milky Way looks like it spills into the seas of Nantucket Sound.  When the moon is full, it casts a pale brilliance on the waters, dancing diamonds broken up only by the movement of each wave.

Can you see it?

Elements:  sodalite or dumortenite, fancy pearl, silver and white topaz or moonstone cross.  (Read more about its elements below.)

Designer's note:
Take a closer look at the elements of this design:  I chose the deep blue gems with their contrasting white because they remind me of the Milky Way.  The Our Father bead is a pearl of exceptional smoothness and nacre. The simple cross is fairly-traded silver with five natural gemstones in white topaz or moonstone (depending on availability), accented with four tiny natural freshwater pearls.  Your bracelet is finished with a handmade Bali clasp in silver.  It's magnetic, so it's very easy to put on and take off -- and strong enough to stay put.

This is a rosary bracelet, though it may be worn freely by even those who are not using it to 'say their beads.'  In fact, many people who say a daily rosary still enjoy wearing a rosary bracelet as a visible reminder of their devotion - even though they have another pair of beads they pray with at home, in church, or on a daily walk.

To pray with it, simply start on the cross for your profession of faith and the initial prayers - your intention, the Our Father, 3 Hail Marys, and one Glory Be.  they use the Our Father bead as you announce the first Mystery, say our Our Father, and then the 10 Hail Marys for your first decade, ending back at the Our Father bead, where you may say your Glory Be and the Jesus Prayer if you use it.  Thus, you have come full circle to begin the next Mystery in the same fashion.
